10th Anniversary

Stoneweg is an international real estate investment and asset management group founded in 2015 and headquartered in Geneva. To mark its 10th anniversary, the company has developed a commemorative catalogue that looks back on a decade of activity, focusing on the projects, spaces and people that have been part of this journey.

The project features the design and creative direction of Vera Tamayo, and incorporates illustrations by Pol Montserrat and Silvia Tack, as well as photographs by Pol Masip and Marc Ninguetto. The anniversary also provided an opportunity to bring the company’s international team together in Barcelona, with more than 250 professionals from 17 countries.

At Nexe Impressions, we managed the production of the volume, combining different papers, formats and finishes. The main interior section uses Arena White Smooth from Fedrigoni Paper and Creator Star from Torras Papel, and incorporates a booklet bound into the folded sheets. The pages also include five inserts printed on Arena White Rough. The publication is completed with endpapers and a pocket in Sirio Arancio containing a fold-out printed on offset paper. The volume is Swiss bound with orange cloth and a vertical band in semi-matt coated paper. Finally, the publication is finished with blind embossing on the cover cloth and the interior inserts, together with painted edges.
