Mécène des Arts, AXA

Mécène des Arts is a publication edited by Lienart Éditions that chronicles forty years of cultural patronage by the AXA Group. The project documents the company’s relationship with artistic institutions, museums and heritage preservation initiatives, as well as its support for contemporary creation. This monographic edition combines institutional and visual content to highlight this long-standing commitment to culture.

The set, consisting of a book and a slipcase, is conceived as a unified piece with high aesthetic and conceptual standards. At Nexe Impressions, we managed the production process, coordinating materials, printing techniques and finishing details to ensure consistency throughout the project and accurate colour reproduction across all elements.

The slipcase is made from 2 mm grey compact board, covered with Wibalin Finelinen papers by Winter & Company and Arena White by Fedrigoni Paper, with LED UV offset printing in Pantone 7572 U and 4280 U, complemented by a blind debossed embossing. The book features a cover wrapped in Wibalin Finelinen White and an interior printed on Arctic Volume White by Arctic Paper, with interleaved inserts on Munken Lynx by Munken Paper. The binding is an Otabind hardcover with a flat spine, finished with selective raised UV varnish on the cover and flush trimming.
