Binder

TQ Invest Pro, the real estate division of the TQ Alternative Investments group, specialises in the development and management of real estate projects, with its headquarters in Girona. The company mainly works on premium developments, with particular attention to the selection of locations, architecture and finishes.

In this context, we have produced a corporate binder accompanied by a set of seven indexed dividers, designed to organise and present documentation related to the company’s different projects. The set serves a dual practical and corporate function, linked to the firm’s visual identity.

At Nexe Impressions we managed the production of the binder, made with 2 mm grey solid board and digital printing in one black ink, completed with file rings. The seven dividers were produced on 300 g matt coated paper, also with digital printing in black, and feature scratch-resistant matt lamination on one side and an indexed die-cut that makes it possible to identify and separate the different sections of the documentation.
