Aigua de Vilajuïga i Editorial Gavarres

“People think that water comes out like a spring, in a jet, but no, the water cries from the rock”, this is the suggestive introduction -expressed by Albert Brugat, a retired Aigües worker- that we can find on the beginning of the book published by Aigua de Vilajuïga (Grífols) and Editorial Gavarres, in which we had the opportunity to participate in the graphic production, printing and original binding. This project is a tribute to a unique water, different from all, and that thanks to Víctor Grífols Deu, -in a hasty decision in 2017 watching a news item on television regarding the imminent closure of this spring centenary- has allowed to make a revolutionary turn in the company, wanting to turn this well-known and loved water into a world gastronomic reference.
